Meet Ryan Storey, a seasoned restaurateur with over two decades of experience in the industry. Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, Ryan's passion for the business runs deep, and he has dedicated his career to mastering every aspect of restaurant operations.

​

With over 15 years of experience with Global Group and a background in commerce, economics, and finance, Ryan has a unique perspective on the financial intricacies of running a successful restaurant. He has paid his way through college by bartending, mastering the art of mixology along the way, teaching certified bartending classes, and holds CMS Level 3: Advanced Sommelier title.

 

From food trucks to top tier fine dinning establishments, Ryan's love for the industry extends beyond the bar, as he has worked his way up from dishwasher to bar manager, AGM, GM, and everything in between. He has an impressive track record of taking independent restaurants from near obscurity to triple revenue in three years or less.

 

Ryan's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his fierce independence, as he has owned and operated his own restaurants since the age of 22 and taken charge of every aspect in its entirety. He has all the formulas for running a successful business, from food and drink costs to rent and equipment.

Through his hard work and dedication, Ryan has become a respected leader in the restaurant industry, and his passion for the craft continues to inspire those around him.

Sarah Storey is a seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. She has worked on and off for the past 20 years, balancing her restaurant management career while raising a family.

​

Sarah worked her way up from being a hostess to a server and eventually a bartender, gaining valuable experience on the front lines of the industry. In addition to her front of house experience, Sarah has experience in small business, bars and nightclub scenes and corporate environments, further expanding her knowledge and skills in business management. Sarah's expertise in face paced industries with staff training, payroll management, human resources, and overall day-to-day restaurant duties, make her an ideal influence when creating schedules to guide day-to-day operations. Her experience and expertise make her a valuable consultant to any restaurant looking for a skilled and dedicated hospitality professional.

Sarah also has a talent for bringing restaurants to life through details of the design and ambiance. She has an artistic eye, reflected in her restaurant designs, which combine a practical attention to functionality, budget, and imaginative flair.
